Application

ALSECURE® PLUS TEL cables are designed to be used in safety systems (emergency lights, warning systems, fire fighting equipments, etc ...) in all premises open to the public (concert hall, theaters, cinemas, department stores, hospitals, schools, etc ...), in high-rises buildings, in tunnels, in industries.

ALSECURE® PLUS TEL cables are installed in safety systems between buildings. They are fire resistant and fire retardant, low smoke and halogen free: in the event of fire, emitted gases are non corrosive and have a very low toxicity.

Installation

ALSECURE® PLUS TEL cables will be installed to the wiring regulation and installation standards in force. ALSECURE® PLUS TEL cables have to be protected against direct exposure to the sun when installed outside.

Laying temperature : in case of laying between 0°C and -10°C, warm up the cables in a heated room 48 hours minimum before installation.

Fire performance

  • Fire resistant according to NBN 713-020 Add 3: FR2 Rf 1h30
  • Fire retardant according to NBN C30-004 F2 (NBN EN 60332-1 & NBN EN 60332-3-24)
  • Low corrosivity: SA according to NBN C30-004 (IEC 60754-2)
  • Low smoke: SD according to NBN C30-004 (NBN EN 61034-2)
  • Low toxicity: ST according to NBN C30-004 (NF X 70-100)
