Following a survey conducted / lead among our customers and webusers in the past months, the home page of the e-service site has been completely revamped. A new structure has been set up in order to provide customers and users of the site with a clearer view of what we have to offer. This new structure aims at improving the access to Nexans’ products on the web.
The content of the site remains the same, but it is now easier to find one’s way within the navigation.
The structure has been simplified. The product range is now split into 3 main groups:
- Energy: in which are to be found power cables and accessories: low – medium and high voltage
- Communication that gathers data, telecom, fiber optics and LAN cables.
- Special application in which are to be found cables dedicated to specific applications or to a specific activity (shipboard cables, machinery cables..)
This is a first improvement, the first to many mores. By the end of the year, the website of Nexans will be renewed. Along with the new site will come a series of extra-features and real value-added services for the customers, again to better meet demands and expectations expressed in the survey.
