Characteristics & Applications
This cable featuring a central tube can be used for duct installation by pulling as well as indoor installation.
The cable characteristics are the following:
- Capacity up to 24 fibres
- Tube filled with Jelly
- Indoor/Outdoor * cable
- Suitable for use in ducts or in risers, with loops
- Provides basic rodent resistance
- All dielectric design
- Halogen free sheath with UV resistance
* This cable is not suitable for direct burial
Installation
- Set cutter blade at 1.25 mm
- Cut at 1.5 m distance from the cable end
- Remove the sheath in one operation
- Cut glass yarns
Nexans fibre cable UT LSZH can include MM62.5, MM50 and SM G652 fibres.
For MM we offer different grades of fibre to suit your application: GIGAlite, GIGAlite II, GIGAlite 3 (MM50 only) or GIGAlite 4 (MM50 only).
