Description

Characteristics & Applications

This reinforced cable, featuring a central tube, complies with indoor installation fire requirements. The glass yarns provide a basic rodent protectin.
This cable can be installed in duct by pulling.

This cable characteristics are the following:

  • Capacity: Up to 24 fibres
  • Indoor/Outdoor * cable
  • Suitable for use in ducts or in risers, with loops
  • Provides basic rodent resistance
  • All dielectric design
  • Outersheath Flame retardant halogen free with UV resistance
  • Compact design
  • Flame non propagation (IEC 60332-1 & NFC 32070-C2)
  • Fire non propagation (IEC 60332-3 & NFC 32070-C1)

* This cable is not suitable for direct burial

Nexans fibre cable UG LSZH can include MM62.5, MM50 and SM G652 fibres.

For MM we offer different grades of fibre to suit your application: GIGAlite, GIGAlite II, GIGAlite 3 (MM50 only) or GIGAlite 4 (MM50).

  1. Gel filled tube containing up to 24 individually coloured fibres
  2. Glass yarns reinforcement
  3. Flame retardant halogen free outer sheath
  4. Ripcord
